Example claim

A player sustains a wrist fracture in a Social Inclusion League match. The incident is reported to a club official, a claim is submitted through the Marsh Sport portal with medical evidence, and the fixed fracture benefit is paid according to the policy schedule.

If a spectator was injured by the ball during the same incident, that would be a Public Liability matter under the club policy.

  2. Gather any medical notes or evidence that supports the injury

Player FAQs

Am I covered at training and in matches
Yes. Personal Accident cover applies during Strong FC training and official fixtures. Public Liability applies club wide for sanctioned activity.
Do I need to do anything else to activate cover
No further action is required once your FA Club Portal registration is confirmed. Claims require timely reporting and evidence.
What about dental injuries
The policy includes a dental injury benefit. A common example is up to £100 per tooth subject to policy terms and any limits that apply.

Consent and data notice

By registering with Strong FC you consent to the club using your details in the FA Club Portal and sharing required information with Lancashire FA for eligibility, safeguarding and insurance purposes. Data is stored securely and used only for football administration in line with FA guidance.
